Relationships

I know people who have been in relationships for as long or longer than I have been alive and they consider that an accomplishment. It can be considered one. The issue with this is that they are in this relationship and have not learned their partner. To build with someone you are going to need some compromise. You both have to meet in the middle to accomplish the end game. If one person is doing this and the other person is not, you have issues with achieving your goals.

You cannot make the other person compliant or even do what you want in any sense of the word. You can not force them to do it. Either they are going to be willing or they are not.
